Anyone using Elastic Search Enterprise, seems like its not well integrated with AWS meaning you have to write lots of pipelines/automation scripts, trying to understand if should go with Opensearch altogether? Have evaluated other Vector DBs such as Pinecone etc, they are proving to be quite costly for large scale document search problem. Any thoughts?
