who is attending the TED Ai event https://www.ai-event.ted.com/ ? and your thoughts on the lineup? value of attending?

I am attending—great lineup, IMO. It biases toward academic, rather than industry leaders. Which means some content may be less approachable, but more apt to glimpse at bleeding edge stuff Workshops on Day 2 at the Ferry Building It is pricey though, and the cheaper tranches of tickets appear to be sold out.

my coworker is going but it is pricey--I'm eyeing the hackathon
