Hi all, I am looking for help from someone with senior experience. I reported a reproducible PDF upload bug to OpenAI on November 14. I verified the issue across multiple browsers and devices before reporting it. The bug was fixed the same day around 9 PM. There was no update, no thank you, and no acknowledgment of my contribution. I have already written a formal follow up email asking for recognition. I am not asking for any reward for myself. If there is any bounty or credit, I will donate it to charity. I only want OpenAI to recognize the people who help improve their platform. If anyone has contacts at OpenAI or knows how to escalate this professionally, I would be grateful for your guidance.
