Hiring: Engineering Leader (Engineering Manager / Director) (Remote)
Experience: 5–10+ years in software engineering with strong people leadership background—Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Spend ~50% of time coding, reviewing architecture, shipping features, and removing blockers
• Drive team execution, delivery, process improvements, and technical excellence
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design to align on priorities and outcomes
• Shape engineering operations, reliability, culture, and scale systems & teams
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year, plus bonus and equity (final offer based on experience)
