1) Something I’ve built end-to-end I’m proud of
At Grifols/Alkahest I built an “AI Neurologist” from scratch—ingestion of messy EHR data → agentic labeling → cohort rules → eval/observability → a simple UI. It shrank PD cohort triage from months of clinician time to minutes and is projected to save ~$X Millions/year and Y months of time
At NY-Presbyterian I turned raw Epic-EMR notes into a semi-supervised triage agent that auto-flagged 75% more (saving lives of 79 high risk kids in 2021) otherwise-missed critical-risk paediatric Emergency Department and ICU cases and continues to assist nurses and clinicians, cut nurse alert time from hours to seconds, and generated three peer-reviewed papers.
2) What I spike on / 10x strengths
Zero-to-one execution: I turn vague goals and messy data into a reliable, observable product fast. Strengths: ruthless scoping, clean data/infra contracts, pragmatic ML (measure → iterate), crisp communication with stakeholders, and calm shipping under pressure.
