If you're open to using an agency, Designbase is providing design services using it's own product (ie. so agents + humans) and has an ex-Palintir and Checkout designer leading it.

I have an awesome candidate who might also appear too early in career but is killer with seed stage startups; she recently made it to final rounds with an AI startup, out competing people with 7+ years experience.
