Calling Full Stack Engineer in SF! Mentra is a Sam Altman-backed startup focused on helping companies access the world’s largest untapped talent pool of the world’s most diverse thinkers with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, PTSD, etc. We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer proficient in Next.js (React + TypeScript), Node.js (GraphQL, Prisma, PostgreSQL), and Python microservices who is ready to dive into all parts of the codebase and tackle challenges head-on. We are a startup in hacker mode, often collaborating in person at the founders inc / shack 15 space to build, ship, experiment, get feedback and iterate - this role will involve rapid iteration and and seamless execution, managing multiple parts of the platform, balancing cost-effectiveness with technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality, thoroughly tested code. You’ll scope, implement, test, and deploy features while maintaining infrastructure, documentation, and uptime for critical services. Strong communication skills are important to collaborate across teams and navigate trade-offs effectively.
