Hey friends, my team has built an auto-ML and auto-interp system that takes in data, models it, and extracts learned patterns that hopefully contain novel insights. We've tested it on materials science (maximizing concrete strength), and epidemiology (Covid-19 pathophysiology and morbidity) datasets that have validated our methods and are seeking more promising datasets to apply our Discovery Engine to. We are working with researchers at JPL, MIT, and biotech startups working in astrophysics, single-cell omics, and ocean proteomics. Our interests lie not only in bioscience and physics, but also geospatial, materials science, we are even looking at a collaboration with a sports betting company to help them find unknown patterns in their extensive database.
