Non-engineering opportunity! Troveo.ai is the premier video data source for video and multimodal model trainers. We have the largest dataset of video licensed for AI and are quickly approaching 8-figures in sales in just 6 months with a deep pipeline of large clients including all of the Mag 7. We are looking for a Sales Lead / Chief of Staff to help me (cofounder, doing all sales) close more business. Responsibilities: • Identify contacts within our set of target companies • Help construct deal books (samples, deal terms) • Manage post-sales delivery process This is a sales role, but a great way to beef up your technical skills. While you wont build and operate production systems, the sales side is very involved and requires learning Python to generate target content for clients. Some things we are looking for: • AI Native: ChatGPT/Claude should be something you regularly use and are an expert in • Sales: Some experience in sales, preferably technical sales. • Number Sense: Deals are complex, you’ll need to help navigate building term sheets that meet the customer’s needs and our bottom line. • Programming: Desire to learn or minimal experience in Python. If you’ve used Replit thats a plus. • Location: SF Preferred, LA works too. Other major metros may be considered. Goal would be in 6 months for you to be running your own book. Business is booming.
