Let’s talk about Chiefs of Staff. I know that role will vary from startup to startup and from founder to founder, but for those of you who have one, what were you looking for? I’m thinking about making a switch as I’ve hit a glass ceiling in community management and my education level means I have so much more to give (law degree and a masters), so this is top of mind.
