Has anyone seen a good whitepaper or stats on whether/how AI chatbots impact website conversion rates? I'm seeing them on 100% of the car dealerships I look at and about 0% of the clothing sites I look at. I don't generally think of car dealerships as the most sophisticated eCommerce sites, so I'm curious what's driving that trend (is it just the dollar value of the products being sold?)
