Thanks for including the updates on the Jan 19th committee action. The rest I was familiar with, but that bit sounds like extremely good news, even if only temporarily. EDIT: It looks like the hopeful-sounding change was passed out of the House Ways & Means committee, but is not yet scheduled to be voted on in the House, nor does it sound like there is a counterpart resolution in the Senate yet, so this issue remains far from resolved.
