Any chance someone here is working at an AI startup and has a template of an NDA they've used that includes a clause around sending the customers data to OpenAI?

I don't have a template, but you can look up any startup that uses OpenAI as a "data processor" or "subprocessor" and use the language listed there Found an example DPA here https://certainly.io/dpa/
