Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer who is eager to use their expertise to drive our mission forward. This role will involve research, design, and development of advanced AI/ML solutions, with a focus on transforming raw data into valuable insights. Responsibilities: Develop and implement machine learning models to improve our promotional strategy and increase redemption rates. Research and experiment with different AI/ML models and architectures to optimize the effectiveness of our solutions. Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design. Collaborate with the team to ideate and deliver data-driven solutions. Foster a culture of sharing, learning, and innovative thinking. Qualifications: A master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Extensive experience designing and developing AI/ML solutions. Solid understanding of modern AI technologies and machine learning models. Experience in startup environments and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
